Marriage Bio

Brayden and Tracy were married in 2000. They married straight out of Bible College and headed into the mission field of Japan. During this time they encountered difficulty in their marriage, and ministry burnout. Tracy returned to Canada after Brayden left the marriage. Brayden ran from his marriage and God, by staying in Japan while Tracy entered the school of prayer. Tracy fought through intercession for their restoration for three and a half years before they were restored. The book she authored, “Warrior Bride” came out of that season. Since their renewed vows in May 2009, they have founded SHIFT Global Operations, which provides oversight to Your Legendary Marriage and SHIFT College of Intercession. They have a vision to bring support to business leaders, to train and prepare corporate intercessors for global impact, and to see the current decay of marriages in this day reversed through their testimony, practical seminars and mentorship.

College Bio

Brayden Sloan graduated with a Bachelor of Theology from Horizon Seminary in 2000.  Along with a Theology degree, he studied music two years at Trinity Western University and two years at Grant McEwan Community College leaving with a diploma of music composition.  He went to Japan and taught English and Music for 7 years to every type of educational institution for the sole purpose of gaining insight and experience in all areas of education.  One of his favourite institutions to teach at was Yamaguchi Prefectural University, where he taught English courses with a specific focus (nursing, social science, music).  There he learned how to form more specific lesson plans in a professional atmosphere.  After his first year of teaching in the University the head of the English program said, “Brayden’s students had the greatest results in improvement in the language”.  Brayden’s greatest pet peeve is the educational institution that imparts knowledge but does not educate.  Brayden’s educational philosophy is to integrate, experience and replicate all that is learned to impact whatever sphere the student enters.  As president and main instructor at SCI, he works with excellence to provide education that meets those categories – integration, experience and replication.
Tracy Sloan has an entrepreneurial bent that goes back to her teens.  She also taught 4 years in Japan to many different age groups.   She even started her own school from scratch, which became very successful.  From 2007-2010, Tracy endured the strict program of dental hygiene and graduated with her diploma to be certified to work on and educate people regarding their mouths.  Tracy gained a PhD in intercession when their marriage exploded in 2005 and entered the school of prayer, praying up to 8hours a day for their marriage.  Her prayers worked and God restored their marriage after 3.5 years of praying in May of 2009.  Now with this full acclamation she encourages others that prayer is powerful and that it is a learned skillset.
